Her face sits at the center with her eyes closed and her chin lifted a little, freckles across the nose and cheeks, a thin chain at her throat. The hair is silver-grey and moves in long carved waves out to both edges of the panel. Directly behind her head is a gold sun — a smooth disc with flame-shaped rays reaching into the corners.

Sunflowers do the rest. One sits above each ear, another opens at her shoulder, and more crowd the bottom corners with gold leaves curling between them.
