This one is drawn flat and bold, closer to a screen print than a painting. A black cat stands square in the middle of a hot pink circle marked with a pentagram, a rim of zodiac glyphs and a band of looping script. Its tail curves up into a question mark, its eyes are pink, and a round pendant with a crescent hangs from the collar. Behind it, tall pink flames rise off a black ground with a few small sparks in the gaps. Two colours do the whole job.

The flat black background hides very little, so cards, dice and crystals all sit clearly on it. It is the loudest cloth of the set and works well on a desk or a small tarot table where the artwork is meant to be seen. Keep candles in holders, off the fabric. A good gift for a younger reader who likes graphic, cartoon-leaning witchery.
