A witch is shown from the shoulders up, in profile, facing left. Her hat is large and black with a satin sheen, the brim sweeping down past her jaw and the point curling off toward the rim. Her hair is a mass of long brown curls reaching the bottom of the disc, and her gown is deep purple.
The background is drawn as colored glass: a bone-white full moon behind her, with the sky broken into sections of orange, red, violet and plum, each one outlined in black. Bare trees stand in silhouette across those sections and four bats cross the moon. Orange leaves collect along the bottom edge. All of it, outlines included, is printed onto a flat aluminium panel - there is no glass in this piece.
Backlit by a window or a nearby lamp the color looks its best, so a bright hallway suits it better than a dark corner. It carries autumn from September through Samhain. A good gift for a friend who admires stained glass but has nowhere to hang the real thing.
Material: aluminium sign, fade-resistant for indoor or covered outdoor use
Sizes: 8x8 inch or 12x12 inch
Care: wipe clean with a dry cloth
Note: the stained-glass effect is printed onto a flat panel; this is not real glass

SYMBOLIC MEANING
Why This Piece Feels Meaningful.
The piece is driven primarily by a gothic visual language: dark romance, contrast and ornate atmosphere. Any symbolic motifs work inside that larger aesthetic rather than reading as separate meanings.
