A black cat sits facing forward on a small carved plinth, tail curled round its front paws, two dark bat wings spread wide behind its shoulders. The eyes are large and orange-gold. At the throat a round amber cabochon sits in a gold mount, set into a collar of layered black feathers.

The background is drawn to look like a church window: a tall arch of pale grey and cream panes with a full moon behind the cat's head, dark cames running between the sections, and small amber cabochons set at the joins. Red and rust roses climb the frame from both sides, thorned stems crossing the panes, with fallen blooms at the base. The leading and the bevels are printed onto the surface, so the sign itself stays smooth.

Hang it where a lamp or a window sits behind it, in a stairwell or beside a reading chair. It fits a Victorian gothic room better than a rustic one. Give it to someone who keeps roses and a very unimpressed black cat.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
