A five-pointed star is lashed together from bare branches and set inside a ring of ivy, hung in a wood with the sun coming through the canopy behind it. Moss covers the ground below, and beyond the wreath the trees thin out until the path disappears into the light. Small red-capped toadstools grow at the base of the wreath, and leaves catch the light all through the upper half.

The gold serif line at the lower left reads Nature is my Church. There is no black in the piece at all: it runs green, gold and warm brown from edge to edge.
