Wheel of the Year Glass Suncatcher – Eight Sabbat Wiccan Pagan Window Hanging

Eight wedges, eight sabbats.

The disc is cut into eight painted panels, each one named on a small scroll: Samhain with its pumpkin under a thin crescent, Yule as a snowy pine ridge at sunset, Imbolc with snowdrops and three lit candles, Ostara with blossom and painted eggs, Beltane's bonfire in a tangle of green, Litha with a gold sun face over sunflowers, Lughnasadh's wheat sheaves and grapes, and Mabon's cornucopia spilling apples and squash. At the centre a compass star sits inside a ring of moon phases on midnight blue, and the whole circle is held in a dark rim with a chain across the top.

Hang it in a south-facing window and the colours shift with the hour, jewel-bright at noon and smoky by late afternoon. It reads as a calendar as much as decoration, which makes it a fair gift for someone who actually marks all eight festivals rather than only Halloween, and a useful teaching piece for a new practitioner.
