Pewter grey, nothing but moons.

Grey on grey, with the look of a cast metal medallion although the surface is flat. Five small moons arc across the top of the disc with one more low at either side, and below them a large full moon sits between two crescents, each crescent filled with fine scrollwork.

A band of vines and small flowers is printed round the rim, and faint stars show in the dark field behind the moons. Gold serif lettering across the lower third reads Blessed Yule, the darkest nights bring the brightest stars. Nothing else carries colour, so that text is the only warm thing on it.

The quietest of the moon designs, and the one that looks least like a holiday ornament, closer to a small plaque. Hang it on a black branch, a lamp finial or a bedpost. Right for someone who wants the Solstice marked without red and green anywhere near it.
