Sunrise runs the whole colour wheel.

A horned owl fills the centre of the quilt, perched on a bare branch, staring out with amber eyes. Every feather is drawn as pattern rather than plumage: scrolls, paisley teardrops and rows of small circles in teal, rust and cream layered down the breast.

Behind it the sky goes from red at the top left through orange and yellow into deep teal, with a crescent and a fir treeline on the right and rays fanning out on the left. Dandelion seed heads and broad leaves fill the bottom corners. The pillowcases show the owl against the same sunrise.

No Halloween cue anywhere, which makes it the easiest one here to use all year. It reads folk art rather than gothic, so it works in a spare room or a child's room, and suits anyone who counts owls as their sign.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
