Gothic Yule Ceramic Ornament with Witchy Black Cat, Pentacle, Moon – Dark Holiday Ornament

Two pairs of yellow eyes.

Two black cats sit facing out on a dark stone disc, one at each side, yellow eyes wide and a gold pentacle charm at each collar. Between them a crystal ball burns cold blue on a stone pedestal, throwing light up into their fur and onto the rock wall behind.

Above the ball hangs a pentacle set between two silver crescents, with strands of small beads dropping from the arch. An open book with gilded pages lies at the left, tapers burn low on both sides, and small skulls, gourds and stoppered bottles in pink and violet crowd the ledge. Berry vines close the rim.

Hang it with a light sitting behind the disc so the ball reads as lit rather than painted. The palette leans Samhain, which means it can stay up long after the tree comes down. An easy gift for a two-cat household.
