Dark Witch Halloween Metal Sign Gothic Decor

The moon has real craters.

A witch stands three-quarters on with her broom held out to one side, a black bodice above a long skirt whose folds fall in heavy vertical ridges. Her hair streams sideways under a wide hat with a small buckle. Behind her sits an enormous copper-gold moon, cratered and pitted across its whole surface, cut off by the rim of the disc. Bats climb the right-hand side. Dried seed heads on tall stems fill the lower corners.

The relief is printed on — the folds of the skirt get hard highlights and deep troughs, the moon gets its shadows painted in. The sheet stays flat and smooth, with a hole at the top.

Strong on a covered porch or in a dark hallway where the copper can catch a lamp. It reads Halloween in October and simply gothic the rest of the year. Suits anyone who prefers their witch standing still and thinking rather than flying. The size steps up neatly if you want it to hold a wall on its own.
