Burgundy behind the triple moon.

This one drops the black entirely. The velvet is deep wine red, lit from the middle, and the triple moon sits high in the circle: two gold crescents facing outward with a knotwork pentacle between them, a burst of gold rays behind the whole group.

Green fern and leaf garlands sweep down both sides, heavy with red berries, halved oranges and small gold beads. Along the bottom stands a line of gold fir trees with crystal points growing up between them, violet and clear, and a single eight-pointed star sitting low near the hem. Red and gold together give it an older and warmer feel than any of the black-ground skirts, closer to a midwinter feast cloth than to a black-and-silver goth altar.

It suits a tree loaded with gold and amber ornaments, and the red keeps a foot in ordinary Christmas if you share the house with family who do not follow the craft. Trunk through the centre opening, presents on top. A good peace-offering gift.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
