Amethyst has been called the stone of clear sight since the Greeks named it.
The ancient Greeks tied amethyst to sobriety and a clear mind, and later seers kept it close for dreams and divination. Set under a crescent moon and stars, it reads as a crystal of the night sky, a symbol of intuition and seeing past the surface.
For tarot readers, dream journalers and anyone who keeps a purple stone on the nightstand, at readings, full moon circles or a gothic night out.
