What payment methods are availbale?
We accept pretty much all major credit and debit cards and use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors.
Both are very secure and no one ever sees your payment information. Everything is encrypted and safe.

We cannot accept orders over the phone at this time.
How long will it take to get my package?
Processing time
It can take up to 5 days to prepare products before your package can be shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, it means your packages are being prepared. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track its progress.
Delivery Time
The following delivery time is estimated (please keep in mind that the arrival time during peak season will be delayed):
- USA: 10-15 Working days
- Other Countries: 15-25 Working days
- At the moment, we are unable to ship to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in the same order.
Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?
You have up to 12 hours to cancel your order from the time your order is completed through email. Once the 12-hour period has passed, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order If you cancel your order, we will refund what you paid within 5 working days.
I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect item's name and number. The team will sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway.
I’m missing a product from my order, what do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
If the item is damaged when you open the package, please take a picture and send it to our Customer Care team. There is no need to return the damaged items to us. The team will send a new item to you free of charge.
Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?
We will usually refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable).
Can I amend my order with you after I've placed it?

How much is shipping?
The Shipping rate is depend on what on your car and will be reflect at checkout. But don't worry, we won't make it hard!
My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is to type the tracking code into ‘Order Tracking’ and view your order.
