Witch House with Raven Metal Sign Witch Wall Decor Halloween Welcome Sign

Half the plaque belongs to the bird.

A raven stands in full profile down the left side of the plate, claws set on the bottom rail, tail crossing out over the frame. Its feathers are laid in overlapping plates, tight and small at the head, long and loose along the wing. WITCH HOUSE fills the space to its right on two lines of worn serif capitals.

The plate is brass gone green — mottled gold, olive and blue patina with bare patches rubbed through and scratches running under the letters. Cast flowers and leaves fill all four corners and a rosette sits centred on the top rail. The relief and the patina are both printed onto a flat panel, which is why a piece this ornate still hangs off a single nail.

Its long shape works above a door frame, over a fireplace or along the top of a bookcase, where a tall sign would look cramped. Corvid people will read the bird first and the words second — which makes it an obvious gift for the friend who feeds crows in the garden.
