We reply within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. A real person reads every message. If you are writing about an order, please include your order number so we can look it up straight away — and a photo, if something arrived damaged or wrong.

Before you write, these might save you the wait

  • Where is my order? Check the tracking number in your shipping email. Delivery estimates for each type of item are set out in our Shipping Policy.
  • My order arrived in two parcels. That is normal — different items are made in different places and travel separately. Nothing is missing.
  • Something arrived damaged or wrong. Email us with your order number and a photo. You have 30 days from delivery. See our Refund Policy.
  • I need to return something. Please write to us before sending anything back — the correct return address depends on which studio or warehouse made your item.

If you have written to us and heard nothing after two business days, please write again. Occasionally a reply lands in a spam folder, and we would much rather answer twice than leave you waiting.
