The circle is cut in half. On the left, a charioteer drives a rearing horse across a field of orange fire, spear raised, with a great sun face half hidden behind him. On the right, a robed figure floats through deep blue with a gold halo at her head and stars scattered around her hem. Both are drawn as flat silhouettes in the manner of Greek red-figure pottery, with a thin gold ring holding the two halves together. The horse rears clear of the wheel, and the sun face behind keeps its eye half closed, watching the chariot go past.

The split makes an obvious dividing line for a two-card pull, past and future, or solar and lunar. It suits an equinox altar, a Helios or Selene devotion, and anyone working with classical deity imagery. Keep candles in a holder or on a heat-proof dish rather than straight on the fabric. The flat silhouettes also read well from across a room.
