The roots are the lit half.

A broad old tree stands at the centre with a silver pentacle set in a stone ring exactly where the canopy meets the trunk. Above the horizon the sky runs violet into burnt orange, packed with stars, a thin crescent moon at the top left. Below the soil line the roots spread as wide as the branches and burn orange from inside, one bright vein running straight down the middle to the bottom edge. Moss, toadstools and rough amethyst and citrine points fill the ground on both sides. Gold serif at the base reads As above, so below.

The picture carries the whole Hermetic line without needing to explain it. Grounding rather than spooky, which makes it a year-round front door mat that happens to sit beautifully at Mabon and Samhain. A good gift for someone with an herbalist's shelf and dirt under her nails.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
