Brass scales beside a gold moon.

A black cat with yellow eyes and a small gold bell at its collar sits upright on a stack of old leather books, front paws together. Behind it hangs an enormous gold full moon, craters and all, with a small crescent off to the right and a field of stars.

A tall brass balance stands at the left, its two pans swinging from fine chains, level with the cat's shoulder. Cream and near-black roses open around the base of the books. The scene is drawn as a circle and printed on a square black cloth, so the corners stay empty and the black of the ground runs straight into the black of the night sky.

Those empty corners are the useful part: cards sit there without landing on the artwork. Stand candles in a holder or on a heatproof dish rather than on the cloth. A gift for anyone who reads for balance and judgement, or simply for the person whose cat supervises every spread.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
