Moon Castle and Witch Metal Sign Gothic Wall Sign For Halloween

The moon is bigger than she is.

A witch stands with her back turned, black dress falling straight to the ground and a tall pointed hat on. Her hair runs to her waist in loose curls lit gold at the edges, with small sparks drifting through it. Behind her a white full moon takes up most of the sky, craters and all.

Bats cross in front of it. On the right a castle rises in silhouette, spires and weathervanes against an orange dusk; on the left an old tree leans in with rust-coloured leaves. Fog sits low between them. Everything is painted flat and printed onto the disc, so the depth is in the colour and not in the surface.

The orange and cream stay friendly enough for a living room, so this does not have to live in a seasonal box. Hang it beside a mirror, or above a desk where the moon does the work. Suited to someone who marks the full moon each month and would rather not explain why.
