Flying Witch Halloween Quilt Bedding Set

A witch flies straight across the middle in pure silhouette, hair and cloak streaming behind her, boots pointed, broom bristles flaring off the right edge. Behind her sits a pale gold moon so large it takes up half the quilt.

Everything else is painted in swirling rainbow: clouds turned in spirals of teal, magenta and orange, crooked houses in black silhouette with windows lit amber, bare trees, bats. Two jack-o-lanterns glow at the lower corners. The pillowcases carry the same rider against a smaller version of the sky.

The colour does the work here, so it lifts a plain room without needing anything else changed. It suits a bed you dress for the whole autumn rather than one week, and it lands well as a gift for someone who starts decorating on the first of September and does not stop until November.
