An old wizard stands in a floor-length blue robe with a rope belt, white beard down to his chest, holding a slim wand out in one hand. His tall blue hat is scattered with gold stars, the point flopping forward. Behind him a huge gold moon fills the disc, dark rooftops and steeples cut out along its lower edge in silhouette. The border is a wide band of deep blue scrollwork with three gold stars set at even intervals, one at the top and one at each side.

The border and the folds of the robe are printed to look like carved wood, with light along the raised edges and shade behind. Run a finger over it and it is flat.
