Dark Gothic Skull Wall Decorative - Witchy Halloween Wall Decoration

It leans out of the arch.

The surround is a cathedral gable in miniature: a tall central spire with two shorter ones either side, crocketed edges cut like rows of thorn leaves, slim columns running down both flanks and a small carved boss set into the peak. Behind all that opens a shallow oval recess.

Filling it is a full human skull, tipped slightly forward so the brow catches the light first. The sockets are cut deep and both rows of teeth show along a closed jaw. Seen from the side, the skull stands proud of the tracery and throws its own shadow back into the recess. Everything is one flat black, so nothing competes with the shape.

It reads as memento mori rather than party decoration, which means it can stay up all year: over a desk, beside a bookcase of grimoires, or above the head of a bed.
