A black raven perches on the right of the disc, a gold pentacle medallion at its breast and a full moon behind its head. The feathers are worked in blue-black with plenty of separation, so the bird stays readable against the pines.

The bottom half is the busy part: a heavy cauldron with a gold pentacle and green steam, a skull to the left, then a run of candles in green, red, purple and cream with corked bottles standing between them, all on a split stone ledge. A cabin glows at the right edge. Ivy, holly and hanging charms fill the border, and every bit of that depth is painted into the print.

Crows and ravens carry the messenger role in most of the old stories, which suits this to the darkest week of the year. Hang it deep enough that the lights sit behind it, or give it to the friend with the corvid tattoo.
