The disc is split down the middle. On the left a sun with a calm closed-eyed face and a third eye on the brow, its rays curling out in ribbons of orange and yellow. On the right a white crescent moon in profile, eyes shut, resting inside a deep blue field of planets, eight-pointed stars and painted swirls, one star sitting inside the curve of the crescent. The two curve into each other so the whole thing reads as one wheel rather than two halves. Colours are saturated — marigold, cobalt, teal, rust — with black outlines around every shape. This one is a flat printed illustration, not a moulded panel.
It fits over an altar where you mark both solstices, in a meditation corner, or in a sunroom where the colours can play against real light. Balanced enough for a shared space when one of you keeps solar hours and the other does not. It also stands upright on a shelf easel if you would rather not drill.
