Boho Owl Feather Quilt Bedding Set

A great horned owl fills the middle of the quilt, drawn in fine black and white line work down to the barring on his breast. Behind him a violet and indigo sky opens into galaxy light, with dark pine tops along the horizon. A white dreamcatcher hoop hangs over one shoulder, its web catching the purple behind it, and a smaller hoop sits lower down. Two long striped feathers cross the bottom corner beside a magenta dahlia, a small blue bloom and a cut-paper mandala worked in white. Both pillowcases carry the same owl, cropped close to the head.

Boho rather than Halloween, so it can stay on the bed all year. It sits well with rattan, brass and a lot of houseplants, and it is an easy gift for someone who keeps feathers and crystals along the windowsill. Owls have carried a reputation for night wisdom in most European folklore.
