Black Cat Gothic Metal Sign Halloween Decor

Wings where wings should not be.

A black cat stares straight out with red eyes, and spread behind it are two full bat wings, ribbed and clawed at the tips. It grips the twisted roots of a dead tree with all four paws, bark stripped bare, tail curling to the right. Behind the wings, three red moons overlap — one large and pitted at the top, two more low on either side — and a handful of small bats cross the right-hand one. The palette is red and black with almost nothing between them, and the red runs deep, closer to garnet than to fire. The carved edge and the depth in the wings are printed onto a flat sheet.

This one wants a dark wall and a bit of distance, so a stairwell, a landing, or beside a doorway works better than a crowded shelf. It earns its keep every October. A direct gift for the friend whose whole aesthetic is red candles and horror films, no explanation needed. Only the 8x8 inch size is made in this design.
