Four triquetras inside one knot.
The face here is large and almost entirely open. Four looped petals cross at the centre, and inside each petal sits its own small triquetra, so the knot contains four smaller knots. Long thin ovals sweep out beyond the petals to the left and right, stretching the design wider than the finger. The shoulders stop in flat scroll curls where the band narrows.
Silver reads sharp and architectural, all clean edges; gold makes the same outline look softer and warmer, closer to an antique brooch than a modern ring. Two finishes in all, same shape in both.
Because it is mostly cut-away space it looks far heavier than it feels, which makes it a good ritual or festival ring rather than something you forget you are wearing. Wear it on the index finger where the width has room. It photographs well, so it suits anyone building an altar table for Mabon or Samhain.
