Yule, hung by the front door.

A wreath of holly, pine and red berries fills the upper half, gilded cones tucked between the leaves and gold starbursts set above and below it. At the centre a glowing full moon sits between two crescents, the triple moon, over a faint circle of stars, with berries clustered in threes along the greenery.

The ground is deep indigo with a light snowfall across it, and Blessed Yule runs along the bottom in gold blackletter with more holly beneath.

It covers the whole midwinter stretch: solstice night, the twelve days after, and any December visitors you would rather greet in your own symbols. The gold reads warmly from the street once the porch light is on, and it packs flat with the rest of the decorations in January. Worth giving to anyone who marks the solstice first.
