Stars scattered across navy wood.

A large crescent takes the upper half, silver through the belly and edged with copper acanthus curls that spill off both horns. The panel behind it is dark navy with a wood grain running through it, sown with copper stars of several sizes and a few small crescents. An arched border frames the top; a heavy baroque flourish with a sun face at its centre closes the bottom. Two slim columns run down the left and right edges and carry the arch.

It is dark and warm rather than bright, and the carved, gilded look is printed onto a flat panel — no gilding to chip off, no relief to collect dust.

Hangs well in a low-lit room: over a nightstand, beside a mirror, or at the head of an altar table where candlelight can pick up the copper. A good Yule gift for a night owl, or for anyone whose shelf is already midnight blue. The copper reads warmer under a lamp than it does in daylight.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
