Mushrooms rise overnight, which is why folklore called their rings the doors of the fae.
In European folklore a fairy ring marked where the Good Folk danced, and mushrooms were seen as messengers from the hidden world under the soil. Ferns were said to bloom only on Midsummer night. Under the moon phases, the print reads as the slow cycle of growth, decay and return.
For green witches, foragers and cottage dwellers. A pagan dress to wear for Mabon, autumn woodland walks or tending the herb garden.
