She lifts the moth into view.

A witch holds a death's-head hawkmoth up in both hands, level with her chest, wings spread. Her hat is enormous and the brim is loaded with small skulls, dried seed heads and pale flowers. Long dark hair falls either side of a still, direct face.

Everything runs sepia and warm brown: bone, dried stems and old candlelight, with a moon behind the hat and more skulls banked along the bottom. The only bright note is the pale skull marking on the moth itself. Her fingers are drawn one by one along the lower wings, and the wing veins carry the same brown as her hair. There is no green and no purple anywhere in it.

The single brown palette makes this the easiest of the group to hang next to wood furniture or exposed brick. A fitting gift for someone whose Halloween decorating starts in August and never entirely comes down.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
