Black Cat Wicca Yule Ceramic Ornament – Witchy Christmas Tree Decor

A black cat sits square in the middle of the disc, front paws together, violet eyes wide open, a gold pentacle hanging from the collar at his throat. Behind him falls a curtain of strung beads and stars, and the fur carries enough highlight to go almost blue across the shoulders.

He is sitting on an open grimoire with a quill laid across the page. White candles in brass holders burn on one side; on the other a violet crystal ball throws light up into the fur. Purple potion bottles, dried flowers and a ring of leaves and berries close the circle.

A tree ornament for anyone who already lives with a black cat, and small enough to hang off a mirror or a shelf edge the rest of the year. The purple and black stay closer to Samhain than to red and green, which is rather the point.
