Persephone stands beneath it in a gown that falls in heavy vertical folds, a veil over her shoulders, a pomegranate held against her chest. Roses and small skulls crowd the ground at her hem, and the whole background is pitted and blackened so her figure stays bright.

The reverse is quieter and better for it: a single rose stem with one open bloom, a pomegranate resting at its foot, and the words Spring Always Comes engraved in script across the top.

That line is the whole myth in three words, which makes this the one to give rather than keep.
