The warning is about flowers.

Black ground, cream lettering, nothing else competing for space. WARNING runs across the top in wide capitals with a thin rule beneath it, WITCH'S GARDEN takes the middle at twice the size, and the bottom line reads DO NOT PICK THE FLOWERS in smaller letters.

The flowers do the decorating. White line-drawn blooms sit at both sides of the middle line, roses and daisies on long stems with pointed leaves, all in outline rather than filled. A small pentacle sits between two flourishes under the word GARDEN. The plate itself is printed with rust, heavy along the top and bottom edges and creeping in around the screw holes at all four corners, so a new sign arrives looking like it has hung on a fence for years.

Landscape shape, meant for outdoors under cover: a garden gate, a greenhouse, the shed wall behind the herb beds. It says what it means and it is funny about it. A good gift for the gardener growing more nightshade than tomatoes.
