The green of old roof copper.

The ground is oxidised teal, mottled where the patina has gone thin, and a broad rust-orange band runs right around the rim. WITCH HOUSE sits on two lines in copper-orange capitals with a thin dark outline, the letters wide enough to fill the panel edge to edge.

Small sprigs, leaves and berries are scattered across the top and down the right side, drawn fine and pressed shallow. A besom lies along the bottom left with its bristles flared out, and a small lidded pot on three feet sits opposite it in the right corner. Dots run around the inside of the border like rivet heads. All of it — the verdigris, the rust, the depth in the lettering — is printed onto a flat aluminium sheet.

The weathered look suits places that already have some age on them: a potting bench, a garden shed door, a covered porch or a greenhouse wall. It is the right sign for a green witch who keeps their work outdoors, and an easy gift for someone with more plants than shelf space.
