Milky moons, clear centre stone.

The palest ring of the set, and the one that works best under daylight. A pear-cut clear stone stands upright in the middle, held in four claws, with a small openwork crown of tiny round stones arching over its point. On either side lies a crescent moon, and these crescents are not clear at all: they are a milky white with green and pink flashes running through them, an opal-look finish that shifts as the hand turns.

The same milky material reappears as small round cabochons dotted along the shoulders, between clear stones set in marquise-shaped links. A chevron band sits underneath in the photographs, carrying more of both.

Pale enough to pass as a dress ring at work and still obviously a moon ring to anyone who knows the symbol. A good gift for a Maiden-Mother-Crone devotee, or for a hand that already wears white metal.
