A crowned witch sits behind a draped black altar, both hands holding a fan of five face-up cards at her chest. Her hair is very long, dark and wavy, and her black robe carries fine gold constellation lines and an embroidered band. The tall gold crown is a radiant sunburst set with a round purple gem, matched by a forehead pendant, long gem drop earrings and a gemstone necklace. A large crescent moon sits behind her head and shoulders, a smaller one directly above the crown, and an arc of about nine moon phases runs across the top with the full moon at centre.

Two black cats sit upright on the altar, one each side, with lit black pillar candles in gold candlesticks standing between them. Fluted stone columns frame the scene, hung with gold garlands of purple-gem and star medallions and glass ornaments, with incense smoke drifting up on both sides.
