Day and night lock together.

The middle is a yin and yang made of sky. One half is a burning gold sun with a broad, weathered face; the other is a silver crescent with a profile and a small moon of its own. Stars and little planets sit in both halves.

Behind them the velvet is a violet and blue starfield. Near the hem a plum band carries a fine Celtic plait, and the edge finishes with a short dark fringe. The palette stays soft and slightly faded rather than poster-bright. Fine gold rays and small stars fill the gaps around them.

Spread it under the Yule tree with the trunk through the centre opening and set the gifts across the two halves. It serves as a round altar mat for solstice or equinox work, where that sun and moon pairing is the whole point. A gift for someone who works with both. The soft palette suits warm white lights.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
