The planchette is the pointer that spells out messages from beyond, a fitting charm for the longest night of the year.

Midwinter has long been a time for ghost stories and talking with the dead, when the veil feels thin under the long dark. The spirit board, the YES and NO moon and the watchful raven carry that old tradition, and the black candle keeps a light burning for the returning sun.

For goths who celebrate Gothmas, spooky-season fans who never put Halloween away, or a parlor-style tree in black and burgundy. Gothic Christmas decor with a seance mood.
