Three lines of lettering fill a black plate: MYSTICAL in small caps up top, POTIONS enormous across the middle, and & CHARMS beneath it. The type is pale rose-chrome with darker shading down each stroke, so the words look pressed out of the metal.

The gaps are filled with small props — a winged skull top left, a pointed hat with a feather top right, a bellied cauldron bottom left, a corked bottle with a sprig on the other side, and a crow skull dead centre along the bottom rail. Fine filigree scrolls run between them. The border carries heavy printed rust and chipped paint, the corners darkened, with a mounting hole punched in each one. The dents and corrosion are part of the print, not real wear.

Hang it over a shelf of apothecary jars, a herb cupboard or the spot where the tinctures live, so the label does the introducing. It also works as shop signage for anyone who sells charms at markets, and as a housewarming gift for a friend with too many bottles.
