Small crescents ride the upper wings.

A large moth sits open-winged across the middle. The forewings are near-black, each carrying a painted crescent and a sprig of green leaves, while the hindwings below are pale cream marked with two more small crescents. Above the moth an arc of moon phases runs from thin crescent through full and back again, with a four-point star between. Clear round cabochons sit at the edges, and olive leaves ring the whole disc inside a brass frame.

Almost no strong colour in this one, so it fits a room that is already quiet: a bedroom window, a bathroom, a pale nursery. It lifts in weak light instead of demanding full sun. One for a person who works with moth symbolism instead of reaching, as ever, for the black cat.

Returns & guarantee

If it is not what we showed you. Damaged, the wrong item, or materially different from the photographs — tell us within 30 days of delivery. One email and one clear photo is enough to start. You choose a refund or a replacement, and in many cases we settle it from the photo and you keep the item.

If it never arrives. If your parcel has not reached you 60 days after it shipped, we refund your order in full.
