Halloween Pumpkin Witchy Quilt Bedding Set

Two candelabras keep it company.

The whole quilt is one enormous jack-o'-lantern in deep indigo, its carved eyes and jagged mouth lit peach from the inside. It wears a tall purple witch hat, creased and leaning, with a buckled band, a purple dahlia and sprigs of lavender tucked in above the brim. Black wrought-iron candelabras stand on either side with candles alight, bats drift across a bone-white moon, and a straw broom lies along the right edge. A pale peach pumpkin and more purple daisies fill the bottom corner. Pillowcases show the hatted pumpkin flanked by candles.

Dark enough for a grown-up bedroom rather than a nursery. Put it out for the harvest and leave it through Samhain, since the purple carries into November better than orange does. Good housewarming present for someone who has just finished painting a room aubergine and needs the bed to keep up.
