The centre holds Yggdrasil inside a double ring, its branches spread wide and its roots twisting down into knotwork. A vegvisir wheel sits on either side, each spoke ending in a different stave. Two ravens worked in Celtic knot lines face inward from the upper corners, two more from the lower, wings folded tight. Valknuts fill the gaps between them, and a full band of Elder Futhark runes runs along the border with a knotwork rope beneath it. The edge is finished with a scalloped hem. Nothing is printed in colour: the whole cloth is warm antique gold on flat black.

Sized for a long dining table, so it also works for a heathen feast at Yule or a blot table you want to look deliberate. Sober enough to leave on the table between rituals rather than putting away, and the flat black hides candle wax better than any patterned ground. Seven sizes are cut, up to a length that covers a table set for ten with a proper drop at the ends.
