An eclipse is a meeting of opposites, sun and moon in the same place for one moment. The print carries that split in its colors, dusty purple against deep teal, with bats and black roses for the night and gold ringed moons down the skirt.

Made for moon-trackers and anyone building a plus size witch dress wardrobe that is not all black: new moon circles, autumn markets, a drive to a stone circle. Side pockets make it a gothic maxi dress for all-day wear.

• Material: 95% polyester, 5% spandex jersey — soft, stretchy and opaque, with a round neck and long sleeves
• Fit: loose maxi cut that skims rather than clings, with a full skirt that moves when you walk and a side seam pocket on each hip
• Sizes XL to 5XL: bust 37.8 to 47.2 in (96–120 cm), length 55.9 to 58.2 in (142–148 cm), shoulder 15.7 to 18.1 in (40–46 cm). These are garment measurements — check the chart below against a dress you already own
• Print: the artwork is printed across the whole dress, front and back, before it is cut and sewn, so the design runs unbroken down the skirt
• Care: machine wash cold, do not bleach and do not soak for long; hang or lay flat to dry
