A witch in a long red dress walks away from you toward the trees, her broom over one shoulder, a red pointed hat with a bell on the tip and a tangle of pale brown hair down her back. Butterflies drift around the hem as she goes.
An owl sits on a stump at the left beside a red toadstool with a castle spire behind it, and an ivory moon hangs top left with two bats crossing. Flowers, ferns and leaves in yellow, purple and green pile up over the bottom of the frame. The scene is styled as deep carved relief inside a rounded bronze rim, but the disc is flat and smooth. The rim is drawn as a turned wooden ring, and two small mounting holes sit at the top and bottom.
It hangs well on a garden gate, a covered porch or a potting shed door, where the green outside can meet the green in the picture. Best from spring through to Samhain. Good for someone whose craft is mostly done outdoors with dirt on their hands.
