A broad oak stands at the centre, trunk and roots splitting into interlaced strands that meet in a silver-grey Celtic knot at the heart of the tree. The canopy is built from round clusters of bright green leaves dotted with small orange fruit. Rolling fields sit behind under a pale sky. Yellow and white flowers grow at the base with a single pink bloom to the right, and a woven green knotwork band closes the rim. Trunk, knot and roots read as one continuous line, with no visible join anywhere.
All of it is printed to look like carved and painted relief - rope-like shadow along every strand of the knot, a lifted edge on each leaf cluster. The panel underneath is flat. The greens stay soft rather than acid.
