Each front panel shows a black cat sitting upright in front of a large gold crescent moon, the two cats mirrored so they face each other across the buttons. Each wears a thin gold collar with a small crescent charm. White moonflowers with purple veins and purple-leaved vines climb around them, with gold stars scattered over the black ground. The ribbed trim at the neckline, placket, cuffs and hem is deep plum, with white buttons.

The back centerpiece is one larger black cat, seated and looking up, in front of a gold full moon with a rayed halo. Lavender crystal points hang on gold chains at either side, an arc of moon phases runs above, and two crescents meet around a star below its paws. On the sleeves: gold crescents, a short row of moon phases, a gold cat eye with a slit pupil, moonflowers and purple leaves.
