A young witch sits sideways across the disc in a white dress with a black lace bodice and cuffs, her blonde hair falling in long ringlets past her waist. She holds a besom across her lap with the straw bound in twine, and a white long-haired cat sits against her arm, tail curled forward, looking straight out.
Behind them a full moon hangs in a black sky through bare tangled branches, with one bat crossing the upper left. Apart from her hair the whole thing is black, white and grey. The photos give it as 8 in across, aluminium, pre-drilled, with a plain brushed back. A faint signature sits in the straw of the broom at the lower edge.
The near-monochrome makes it much easier to place than a full-colour Halloween disc, so it can stay up past October on a bedroom wall or a stair. Hang it where a lamp can rake across it at night. Fitting for anyone whose familiar is a white cat.
