Shipping policy
Everything here is written the way we would want it explained to us: plainly, with real numbers, and with nothing hidden until after you have paid.
Where your order ships from
Moonchild World works with a small group of trusted makers rather than a single warehouse, because no one supplier makes everything a witch needs.
- Made-to-order pieces — canvas art, tapestries, blankets, quilts, rugs, doormats, ornaments, suncatchers, yard signs, flags, bedding and apparel. These are printed for you individually at our partner studios in the United States after you order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.
- Curated pieces — jewellery, metal and acrylic signs, altar cloths, wall clocks, candles, altar tools and similar items. These are prepared and dispatched from our partner warehouses overseas.
- Digital downloads — printables and grimoire pages. These are delivered by email straight after your payment clears. No shipping, no waiting, no delivery charge.
We say this openly because you deserve to know before you buy, not after. If a delivery window matters to you for a gift or a sabbat, email us with the product link before ordering and we will tell you honestly which group it falls into.
Processing time
Every order goes through preparation before it is handed to the carrier.
- Made-to-order pieces: 2–6 business days to print, finish and quality-check.
- Curated pieces: up to 5 business days to pick, pack and dispatch.
If your order has not shipped yet, it is because it is still being prepared. If anything unusual happens — a fault at the printer, a stock problem, an address we cannot read — we will email you rather than leave you guessing.

The rate is flat, no matter how many items you order. It is shown at checkout before you pay, and it never changes afterwards. Digital downloads are never charged shipping.
Delivery time
These are working-day estimates and they begin after processing, not from the moment you click Buy. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Peak season: between early November and the end of December, carriers and studios everywhere run hot. Please add 5–7 business days to the estimates above during this period. If you are ordering for Yule or Christmas, order early — we would rather tell you this now than apologise in December.
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel
If you order a printed piece and a piece of jewellery together, they come from different places and will arrive separately, at different times, with different tracking numbers. You are not charged twice, and nothing is missing — the rest is still on its way. Each parcel gets its own tracking email.
Tracking
As soon as a parcel leaves, we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for that number to start showing movement — it only goes live once the carrier physically scans the parcel into their network. A tracking number that shows nothing yet is normal on the first day; a tracking number that shows nothing after a week is not, and we want to hear about it.
If your parcel is late, lost, or marked delivered but not in your hands
This is the part most stores bury. Ours is short.
- Check the tracking in your shipping email first.
- If it says "delivered" but you have nothing, please check with the people you live with, around porches, side gates and mailrooms, and with your local post office quoting the tracking number. Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a day before it physically arrives.
- If that does not solve it, email us at support@moonchildworld.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier ourselves. You do not have to do that part.
Our guarantee: if a parcel has not reached you within 60 days of being shipped, we refund your order in full. No argument, no restocking fee, and you do not need to prove anything beyond it not having arrived.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout, including apartment and unit numbers. Once an order has been passed to the studio or warehouse we usually cannot change it, and a parcel sent to an incomplete address will normally be returned to the carrier's depot.
If you spot a mistake, email us straight away with your order number — if it has not shipped yet, we can usually still fix it, and we will always try.
Two practical limits: we cannot ship to US military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO), and we cannot split a single order across multiple delivery addresses. Please place a separate order for each address.
Duties and taxes
Any tax due on your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your own customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping charge, and are payable by the person receiving the parcel. We have no way to calculate or pre-pay them for you, and we cannot mark parcels as gifts or declare a lower value.
Countries we ship to
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and a number of other countries. The definitive answer is your checkout: if your country appears there, we can deliver to you. If it does not and you would like us to open it up, email us — we do add countries on request.
